King of the North: Team Breakdown of the NFC North

Kicking off the NFC North is last year's division champ and NFC title game runner-up. Matt Lafleur came in and immediately turned a stale franchise into a 13-3 home-field-advantage playoff team. However, with an improved and efficient defense, the typically offense-centric Packers failed to top 350 yards per game for the season. Outside of a monster year for Aaron Jones, the rest of the offense was mainly pedestrian outside of a few big games

Fantasy Opportunities: A look at the New York Jets

It was starting to look like Adam Gase might become a one-and-done head coach in New York after the Jets started 1-7. The Jets were able to take advantage of an easier second half of the schedule though, posting six wins in the last eight games to finish a respectable 7-9. The strength of that second half stretch likely saved Gase's job going into 2020. He will keep on Dowell Loggains as his offensive coordinator (read: lackey) and Gregg Williams as his defensive coordinator.
